Biography
Prime Minister Tomegah Dogbe started her career at the Togolese Plastics Industry (ITP) as a Supply Manager and eventually became General Manager. She has subsequently held positions at the UNDP as Assistant Resident Representative in Operations in Togo and Congo Brazzaville and Deputy Resident Representative in Burkina Faso and Benin. In 2008, she is appointed Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of development at the base and in 2009, she is entrusted with the management of the Cabinet of the President of the Togolese Republic, position which she holds to this day. In 2010, she becomes Minister of Grassroots Development, Youth Craft and Youth Employment. Prime Minister Tomegah Dogbe graduated with a Master's degree in Economics and Management from the University of Lomé and obtained two specialization in “General management option marketing and finance” from the Jutland Technology Institute – AARHÜS in Denmark, and in “Orchestrating Winning Performance” from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) – in Lausanne (Switzerland). She also has a Specialised Diploma in Intervention Areas from the Virtual University of Development of UNDP New York in association with Jones International University. Tobegah Dogbe was named prime minister on 28 September 2020.
